These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the fui9 platform. By creating an account or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out below.

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and fui9 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing access to and use of the fui9 website at fui9.org, including all games, betting markets, promotional offers, payment services, and customer support features made available thereon. By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these T&C in their entirety, together with any supplementary rules, bonus terms, or game-specific terms published on the Platform from time to time.

1. Eligibility
Access to and use of the fui9 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. fui9 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming eligibility at any time and to suspend access pending verification.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account on fui9 and to use any of the Platform's services. By registering, you warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. If fui9 discovers or reasonably suspects that a player is under 21 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any winnings generated since the account was opened may be withheld pending investigation. This policy is not negotiable and reflects both our commitment to responsible gaming and applicable standards in the Bangladesh market.
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on fui9 at any time. Multiple accounts per person, per household, or per shared device are prohibited. If fui9 identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be closed, any bonus funds within them will be forfeited, and withdrawable funds will be returned only to the oldest verified account. Opening multiple accounts to circumvent bonus restrictions or wagering limits constitutes a breach of these T&C and may result in permanent exclusion from the Platform.
The fui9 Platform is operated for and directed at players in Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using this Platform does not violate any law or regulation applicable to you in your country or jurisdiction of residence. fui9 makes no representations that the Platform or its content is appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions outside Bangladesh. Players who access the Platform from outside Bangladesh do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
2. Account Registration and Management
To access the full range of fui9 services, you must register a player account. The following terms apply to the creation, maintenance, and closure of your account.
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating your fui9 account, including your full legal name, date of birth, and registered Bangladeshi mobile number. You are obliged to update this information promptly if it changes. fui9 may request documentary verification of your identity (KYC) at any time, including prior to processing any withdrawal. Providing false information is a material breach of these T&C and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. fui9 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You should notify fui9 support immediately via live chat on fui9.org if you believe your account has been compromised.
You may request closure of your fui9 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay wallet within the standard withdrawal processing timeline. fui9 also reserves the right to close accounts that are found to be in breach of these T&C, following investigation and notice to the player where reasonably practicable.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the fui9 Platform are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals.
fui9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following Bangladeshi mobile financial services and bank channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. No third-party payment methods, cryptocurrency, or foreign currency transactions are accepted. All payment channels used for withdrawal must be the same as those used for deposits to that account, subject to KYC verification.
Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days from the date of request, subject to completion of any required KYC verification. fui9 may request supporting documentation before releasing withdrawal funds. Withdrawals are returned exclusively to the verified payment method registered on the player's account. fui9 is not responsible for delays caused by the recipient mobile financial service provider or bank.
All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) screening. fui9 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on any deposit that triggers an AML alert, pending investigation. Where a deposit cannot be verified as legitimately sourced, fui9 reserves the right to return the deposit to the originating payment method without crediting the player's gaming wallet. Repeated or large deposits may trigger enhanced due diligence procedures, during which the player's account may be temporarily restricted.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
fui9 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by any specific terms attached to each individual promotion.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in the promotion. Bonus funds and real-money funds will be wagered in the order specified in the Platform's wallet rules. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the player's account.
Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per player, per household, and per device. fui9 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or disqualify a player from a promotion at its sole discretion where it reasonably suspects abuse of the bonus system, including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage wagering, or collusion between accounts.
Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to wagering requirements on any winnings generated. The game(s) to which free spins are applicable and the value per spin will be stated in the individual promotion. Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the bonus wagering requirements before withdrawal. Unused free spins will expire at the end of the promotional period stated in the individual offer.
5. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
fui9 is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or permanent closure of any account found to be in breach.
The following are prohibited on the fui9 Platform: (a) use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to place bets or interact with the Platform; (b) collusion with other players, including sharing betting information or coordinating bets to gain an unfair advantage; (c) exploitation of software bugs, errors, or pricing mistakes — any winnings generated via such exploits are void and will be removed from the player's account; (d) money laundering or using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity; (e) any form of fraud, including chargebacks, false identity claims, or manipulation of Platform features; (f) use of the Platform by any individual who is subject to a self-exclusion order from fui9 or any linked gaming platform.
Where fui9 reasonably determines that a player has engaged in any prohibited activity listed in clause 5.1, fui9 reserves the right to: void any bets placed using prohibited methods; withhold or confiscate any winnings derived from prohibited activity; suspend the player's account pending investigation; permanently close the player's account without notice; report the matter to relevant authorities where illegal activity is suspected. fui9's decisions in these matters are final, subject only to formal dispute resolution as set out in these T&C.
6. Responsible Gaming
fui9 takes responsible gaming seriously and provides a suite of player-protection tools accessible from your account dashboard. These include: daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; session time reminders; loss limits; cooling-off periods; and self-exclusion. Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their personal finances, relationships, or mental health are strongly encouraged to make use of these tools immediately and to contact the fui9 support team via live chat on fui9.org for further assistance. Gambling should always be a form of entertainment, not a financial strategy or a way to recover losses.
Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Once a self-exclusion is in place, fui9 will take all reasonable technical steps to prevent the excluded player from opening a new account on the Platform. Players who are self-excluded and who circumvent exclusion measures to open a new account are in breach of these T&C. fui9 co-operates with responsible gaming organisations and may share information with third-party exclusion registries where required to give effect to a player's self-exclusion request.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fui9 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or any other pecuniary loss, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if fui9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
fui9 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While fui9 takes reasonable steps to maintain Platform availability, scheduled maintenance, network outages, or technical failures beyond fui9's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific services. fui9 is not liable for losses incurred during any period of unavailability, including any bets that could not be placed or settled due to a technical issue.
8. Amendments to These Terms
fui9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these T&C at any time. Where an amendment materially affects your rights as a player, fui9 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform (for example, by displaying a notice on the fui9.org homepage or by contacting you via the mobile number registered on your account). Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised T&C. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with clause 2.3 above.
